Dan Hochheiser has been my attorney for over 5 years. Every time I have needed him he has come through - with flying colors. In 2008, I was arrested in the wake of a string of arrests associated with providing Former Gov. Eliot Spitzer with call girls. I made the mistake of hiring another attorney because he told me what I wanted to hear. This attorney, Mark J. Heller, stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from my family and left me sitting to rot in Riker's Island for close to 4 months. We later found out that he had been suspended for 5 years with 18 different plaintiffs against him for stealing bail money and not showing up for their trial dates. After 3 months of sitting in jail, I came back to Dan and within 4 business days he got me out on reduced bail and back at home with my family.
